Welcome to Easy Living Pools LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the pool cleaning and maintenance services we provide. By scheduling service, using our website, or engaging Easy Living Pools LLC for pool services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Easy Living Pools LLC provides residential pool cleaning and maintenance services, which may include (depending on the selected service plan):
- Skimming debris
- Brushing pool surfaces
- Vacuuming
- Chemical testing and balancing
- Emptying pump and skimmer baskets
- Visual inspection of pool equipment
Services do not include equipment repair, part replacement, leak detection, structural repairs, or major cleanups (such as green-to-clean services) unless specifically quoted and approved in writing.
2. Scope of Work & Results
Pool water conditions can be affected by weather, bather load, landscaping, equipment condition, and water chemistry. While we strive for consistent results, we do not guarantee water clarity or chemical readings at all times, especially if contributing factors are outside our control.
3. Access to Property
The customer agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool and equipment on scheduled service days.
- Gates must be unlocked
- Pets must be secured
- Equipment areas must be accessible
If service cannot be completed due to lack of access, the visit may be skipped or rescheduled and may still be billed.
4. Equipment & Pre-Existing Conditions
Easy Living Pools LLC is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing equipment failures or damage
- Normal wear and tear of pool surfaces or equipment
- Damage caused by faulty, aging, or improperly installed equipment
Our technicians perform visual inspections only and are not responsible for diagnosing hidden or internal equipment issues.
5. Chemicals & Water Chemistry
We use industry-standard chemicals appropriate for residential pools. Chemical usage is based on test results at the time of service. Chemical readings may change after service due to environmental conditions or pool use.
6. Billing & Payments
- Payment terms will be outlined at the time of service signup
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated
- Late or declined payments may result in service suspension
- Returned payment fees may apply
Easy Living Pools LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Cancellations & Termination
- Customers may cancel service with reasonable notice
- No long-term contracts are required unless otherwise stated
- Easy Living Pools LLC may terminate service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated access issues
8. Weather & Service Delays
Service schedules may be adjusted due to severe weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Missed services due to weather will be rescheduled when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Living Pools LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to pool services, including but not limited to equipment failure, water conditions, or loss of use.
10. Website Use
Content on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional or technical advice. Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
